to faculty members and departments interested in using technology to
enhance teaching.

Lend Media Equipment
The ITL maintains a variety of equipment for audio/video recording
and presentation that faculty, students, and staff may checkout for
university-related activities. To ensure you get the equipment you
want, please make a
reservation at least 24 hours in advance.

Lend Laptops for Short-Term Faculty/Staff Travel
The ITL maintains a pool of laptops for faculty and staff who need a
laptop during their travel away from campus. This service replaces
the laptop pool formerly housed in the main office of University
Computing.

Support Multimedia Classrooms
Washington and Lee currently offers many multimedia classrooms that
feature permanently installed digital projection systems, VCR and DVD
players, and Internet connectivity all managed by touch-screen technology.

Digital Media Production
The ITL provides four workstations dedicated to faculty and students
for the creation of instructional projects using digital and analog
media.

Training for Multimedia Equipment
To schedule training for our on-site digital media production equipment,

Video/Audio Dubbing
No duplications will be made of copyrighted materials. Blank video
tapes cost $5. Personal duplications will cost $5.
